Electronic Record & Signature Disclosure
This Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure ("Disclosure") applies to all communications, notices, and disclosures ("Communications") between Flexible Flow Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the undersigned party ("you" or "your").
1. Consent to Electronic Communications
By selecting the "I Agree" button within the Liability Waiver form, you provide your affirmative consent to conduct transactions and receive all mandatory notices, disclosures, and legal documents electronically. These Communications relate to your business relationship with the Company and include, but are not limited to, authorizations, acknowledgments, and liability waivers.
2. Scope of Communications
Unless you opt-out as described in Section 4, all Communications required by law to be provided in writing will be delivered to you electronically via the email address provided.
Note: Electing to receive Communications exclusively in paper format will result in service delivery delays, as the Company must manually verify physical acknowledgment before proceeding with transactions.
3. Requesting Paper Copies
You retain the right to receive a paper copy of any electronic record. To request a physical copy, please follow the procedure below:
Request Method: Email jordan+info@flexibleflow.co.
Required Information: State your full name, U.S. Postal mailing address, telephone number, and the specific documents/dates requested.
Fees: A fee of $3.00 per page applies to all paper copies.
Payment: The Company will provide a breakdown of total costs and payment instructions. Payment must be received in full prior to the dispatch of any physical documents via U.S. Mail.
4. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time.
Consequences: Withdrawing consent terminates your eligibility to use the Company’s electronic signature system and may result in waiting periods for document verification.
Procedure: Send an email to jordan+info@flexibleflow.co with your full name, mailing address, and telephone number, explicitly stating that you wish to withdraw consent for electronic records.
Associated Costs: Any subsequent documents required to be sent via U.S. Mail will incur the per-page fees and processing costs described in Section 3.
5. Updating Contact Information
It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address current. To update your electronic contact information:

In the body of the email, provide both your previous email address and your new email address.
No additional information is required for this specific update.
6. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access, view, and retain electronic Communications, you must have:
Operating Systems - Current supported versions of Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS.
Browsers - Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari (macOS).
PDF Viewer - Adobe Acrobat® or equivalent software capable of rendering PDF files.
Email Access - A valid email account and software capable of receiving/sending messages.
7. Acknowledgment and Affirmative Consent
By clicking "I Agree" within the Liability Waiver form, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have read and understood the terms of this Disclosure.
You have the necessary hardware and software described above to access and retain electronic records.
You consent to use electronic signatures and receive all Communications from Flexible Flow Co. exclusively via electronic means, unless and until you withdraw consent as outlined above.
